Whilst I have been off work recovering from my dislocated shoulder I have been trawling through my archives. This is one from the summer taken in Cornwall.
There is something very magical about this coast. Looking at Paul Morgan's work from around here made me think it would be worth having another trawl. I've got a couple of new uploads from the trip through.

It is created from two separate HDR conversions one to get more out of the rocks, the other for the sky. I am not 100% sure about the background cliff and wonder if I should have allowed it to be a bit more shadowy. Overall though I am pleased with the result particularly the foreground.

Please give comments, it is always good to hear what you think, positive or negative.

Thanks

Jon

I prefer V1 Jon for the detail in the rock face, a wonderful rugged coastline. Hope you're mending well Smile

Cracking shot. Lovely composition, colour and detail. Both great shots, but I think V1 edges it for me.
Regards Cheesey.

I'll look again tomorrow and decide that I don't like either, think it is just the place I'm in at the moment. (Not a very positive place, lots of changes going on.)

So thanks for the feedback, it is really appreciated.
Jon

I like both shots but tend to go towards V2. I prefer the stronger rock area in it but perhaps there is a mid point between the two to achieve more detail in V2. Great shots.
