Back to my Hayle shoot to get away from fields for a bit.
I have had a lot of PM's regarding the way I do things, so I have put a thread on the forum listing my workflow; if anyone is interested and hasn't seen it yet it is here: (click)
Thanks for all the positive feedback of late - very much appreciated!
Stunning as usual, love the clours in this and the touch of green at the beginning leading you in, lovely
As Sarah has said, stunning as usual Paul. I read your workflow post and it was very interesting and informative, thanks.
Sarah has said it all. I'll have a ead of your post over the weekend too - thanks. Dave
Lovely sky Paul and the wet rock with the green on makes for a nice fg. The thread makes interesting reading - have bookmarked it and will have a good read later
wonderful shot and thanks for sharing your workflow. it was interesting how you get these brilliant results.
Nice one thanks for the info too much appreciated
A super image. very dynamic and full of atmosphere
Memories of my hols a few weeks ago, spent my last evening at Godrevy point. Didn't get anything as good as this though!!
great light there Paul , top shot again.
Love the milky sea and pastel colours.
Beautiful presentation...an image that makes you wish you 'was there'
lovely as always
Lovely light, like the detailed foreground too.
Back to the coast you so love Paul and why not when you manage such beautiful images from here. I looked at your work flow, and many people will be burning the midnight oil and getting part way through only to lose the place and throw the whole thing in the bin. I promise to try a shot at it I'll let you know how it goes.
i was at this very spot afew weeks ago paul. we stopped at the haven caravan site, just at the top of this beach.
Cooked to a T Delia
Like the comp but not the water ( shutter ) speed. But thats my personal preference.
Like the movement capture and tones in this Paul - well captured and processed.
got here at last.(see my PM to you.
Another well composed image With just the correct choice of shutter speed and good processing.
Brilliant tones and great atmosphere, wonderful shot.
Also i left a thank you on your last comment you on my posting, for the advise and assistance you are openly sharing with fellow EPZs,
Beautiful colours and movement in the water.
Off to read your workflow now, I really love how you get the textures working.
magical foreground light Paul, subtle but, very effective composition here
Another in a long line of wonderful images Paul. I have just read your post on your workflow technique. Very interesting and most informative it is too. Like you I am of the opinion that ultimately it is the finished image that we should be judged on. Pre digital I spent many hours in a wet darkroom and much as I enjoyed the challenge of manipulating my prints under the enlarger and in toning baths, I now find that Photoshop gives me much more creative control. In many ways we are now limited only by our imagination rather than by the mechanics of the older analogue process. Thanks again for sharing your
A very beautiful picture from my favourite part of Cornwall. Nice one.
All the best
Wonderfully captured sky and reflections on the water are superb.
as are all previous works here iny our pf.
Nice work Paul
Hi Paul, excellent capture and a fantastic tone to this image. I must have a look at your workflow tomorrow to see how you are achieving this look. Excellent work.
Stunning shot Paul - Jude.
Classic Morgan! Beautifully done.
The square crop works very well here, as does the treatment of the colour.
All the best,
superb seascape, lovely colour and tones, the square crop works very well, and the green algae in the foreground is the icing on the cake!
A 'pmorgan' classic.
