Just a few images to depict the mood on Teeside today after the disclosure of the iminent closure of Teesside Cast Products after more than 100 years of Iron and Steel production. As ever the North takes another beating and this one will take some hardy reserve to overcome.
Redcar another Ghost town in the making RIP.

Yes, the Mp`s and bankers should look at what is happening on Teeside now and hang their heads in shame.
But they won`t, the selfish b******s.

Wholeheartedly agree with the sentiment above, as a youngster I remember the closure of steelworks in Ayrshire the devastation to the local communities were never ending. Good reportage image and a telling indictment on the Gov't and bankers .... Colin

Is this not a forum for showing your work?
This image is spot on, its caused a reaction from its viewers, and if all my images did that then I would be happy, Its just a shame Geoff Waterfield is not still with us to see it today.
