Thanks rgarrius, the mist was due to long exposure capture, and the streams of mist created using radial blur in cs3.

Hi well done nice shot but i think you should call it late mist, or something along those lines. Because it is not early, also you should say it was D. M. which help people understand that the sea do'es not come in like that.
