This will probably get lost due to the thumbnail looking like nothing, so thank you for getting this far to see it.
I know the Grebes are small in the frame, but I was taken by the whiteness around them due to light and shadow from some overhanging trees.
I got as low as I could to make the birds stand out from the whiteish background.

I saw one single grebe yesterday and it was too distant for a picture and the lens I had with me, good shot Phil they are shy birds best of times and its not easy to get a shot
What a fine pair they are Phil, superbly captured. I bet this one was taken at either Coate Water or the Cotswold Water Park
A great image the low view point has payed of well here, real nice..
