Crowned Lemur at Howletts Wildlife Park Nr Canterbury - 1/11/2012. These Lemurs are in an open enclosure where they are loose around the public, great for photographs, they do not appear frightened at all and will sit within a couple of feet of you.

Thanks Ron and Hermanus. The Crowned Lemur is new to Howletts this year, originating from Madagascar, they are in an enclosure where they are free to wander around the public, very curious and not at all frightened of us. Thanks for the c&c's, Mark.
