More fun with the LEE Big stopper yesterday evening.
This is Curlew Point near Killough in Co Down looking across to the Mourne Mountains.
Thanks for looking
please view LARGE if you have time
Great shot - the big stopper did a great job of adding movement to the clouds and turning the sea into a smooth milky mist. Oh and the composition is spot on as well.
Fab detail on those f/g rocks and super sky
Wonderful image, very dramatic !
Excellent image Gary...
Love the f/g detail and sky....must have ago with one of those big stoppers
A quality seascape. Great work.
Quite stunning, love it.
Kind Regards Willie

A truly beautiful image, Gary. The 10 stopper has done a great job on that sky and the mountains are a great focal point. The colour and detail in the foreground is also striking.

SIMPLY PUT... W-O-N-D-E-R-F-U-L!!!!
Wonderful shot to be proud of! 10/10 for composition and exposure and colours!
Please share the secret of how you managed to get hold of the Lee Big Stopper - It seems to be out of stock everywhere!
Very nice capture, well done Gary
Well I'm sure this shot must be as good as everyone says it is, but am I alone in thinking this genre is now massively overdone? I don't mean to denigrate the photographer's efforts but it seems that at the moment photography is all about trying to outdo one another with these HDR-type images rather that coming up with something original.
It's not obligatory to produce this kind of exaggerated over-dramatized image all the time. Please could we have a little reality once in a while?
absolutely awesome !
incredibly characterful sky...love the sense of slow motion in the sky and water created by the slow shutter speed...awesome image. keep up the great work
