Continuing on the rhyme theme, I took this shot of the cape daisy (Osteoapurmum) in my garden yesterday towards the deck in bright sun which gave it this natural silver green look. I have done nothing at all to change the image it is as shot, but has obviously been cropped and given a border and title. V2 is with a bit of sharpening.
Hope you like it - its a bit of a different style for me.
There is a flower within my warm heart,
Planted one day by a glancing dart,
Planted by Daisy Bell.
Whether she loves me or loves me not
Sometimes it's hard to tell,
But there are those that would share the lot
Of beautiful Daisy Bell.
Daisy, Daisy, give me your answer, do,
I'm half crazy all for the love of you.
It won't be a stylish marriage -
I can't afford a carriage,
But you'd look sweet upon the seat
Of a bicycle built for two.
