Having bought a Canon 100mm macro two weeks ago, I'm finding it a challenging but exciting learning curve. I discovered very quickly that what you see on your review screen may not look the same on the monitor.
This is one of the few photographs that survived a few hours spent hunting through the undergrowth. A Longhorn Beetle & Solitary Bee on a Oxeye Daisy. I'm reasonably happy enough to show it here on EPZ but there's still a lot to learn and that's what makes it fun.

A superb double capture, it looks like you've begun to master that new macro lens
I am also new to using a macro lens Terry and I agree it's quite a learning curve, you have done very well here and have captured some good detail,
