Damien looks a cool kinda guy - although I'm not sure about the cigarette! 
Quite a good subject for black and white treatment but the lamp (or whatever it is) hanging by his head is a distraction and I'm not sure the railings work too well. A different background would have helped.
I've uploaded a mod which I hope may help.
