Thank you for your kind comments on Claude Monet yesterday, and a big hug for Chrissie for her UA, thank you all.
Todays picture was taken back in May.
' Dandelions, dandelions shiniing through the dew,
let the kings have gold,
but let us have you '.
Are dandelions flowers or weeds Peter ?
Most folk rip them up and toss them over their neighbours fence.
I kinda feel sorry for the poor old dandy.
But having said that, you can have the dandys
and I will have the Kings gold !!
An image taken in beautiful style. This is not a document of a common weed, but a photo of a beautiful flower. As always, the art of photography is to see the beauty - all the rest is a trade.
Weeds are only unwanted flowers...this is a beautiful image Peter.
Beautifully captured, processed and presented Peter.
Simple and beautiful Peter (the image, not you )
Quote: Beautifully captured, processed and presented Peter. --- I agree with Nathan ! --- Jukka.
Well manipulated and presented, Peter.
I like your picture a lot more than the subject.

This is a great one that looks lovely on black
Nice contrast in this Dandy capture. Well done Peter.
A weed is just a beautiful flower that has grown in the wrong place, I use them as a herb, they have an important place among honey producing plants, as it funishes considerable quantities of both pollan and nectar in early spring .
lovely shape and clear shot too Peter.
