Like the tight crop Maddie, very effective and adds a bit of intensity..
Super sharpness and exposure. The background may be better diffused more...or replaced.

I'll not vote as you've obviously got enough clicks to be going on with ;-D
First - it's black and white which will always help a shot like this
Second - the tilt and angle of the head giving the impression he's making the minimum of effort to acknowledge you
And third - Daniel's looks are perfect for an 'attitude' shot. He looks tough, he looks mean and probably the most important...he looks cool (well that's what my daughter said). Vote cast at the double.
