This is better than yesterdays version, the colour of the eyes just about match the colour of the scarf.
I would have given the eye colour a lift in saturation just to bring it to the same intensity of the scarf IMHO, but still a well lit and controlled image.

Very good point and Thankyou, I will upload a mod!
Its a nice shot, - and the real eyes are better.
In addition to what Stewart said, I would suggest that the eyes need to be quite a bit sharper ( likely lost some in the re sizing process); the shadows lifted just a little, and a crop to lift the eys a touch highter.
Ive loaded a mod to show what I mean.
