Due to my lack of images recently I decided to have a look in the back of my parents garden, to see if there was anything worth a shot or two.

I did find some nice plants but due to no macro lens I couldn't get any shots worth while.

I did however start spotting an awfull lot of rotten wood and rusty things lying about, that when I decided to try some Dereliction images.

I then uploaded these onto CS and has a play about, just to see what I could come up with. Used a bit of levels and curves, saturation and also some tools from Nik color.

Decided instead of uploading all single shots I'd do a montage instead, looks better than just all the singles.

Anyway that about it thanks for having a look, +/- critic always welcome .

We gardeners do not consider wood to be rotten, just additional character added to the environment. Wink The montage was a good way to present and works with the title, well done. Spot on! Click!!!

Greg

That's a good one Greg, I have never heard of this one before but I shall take it into consideration the next time I see some rotten wood in the garden. Very interesting.

Yet another great montage Scott. Who would have thought that rotten things could look so good Smile.

Greg

I was extremely bored so decided for a little rummage in the garden for ideas. This was the most obvious subject to give a shot so here we are. Thanks for your comments.
