Taken on the beach at Old Hunstanton in Norfolk trying to convey the feeling of isolation with no one else around. Again I wonder whether I have overdone the keyline borders.

How wonderful, Albert, there's nothing better than a deserted beach, just like ours are now . Love the presentation, too. Carol
Think I would have put some grass over that black spot .. tends to distract me from the beauty of that lonely beach,
A lovely isolated beach scene, like Barbara I think I might have cloned out the black spot and I might have used just one line for the framing - but hindsight is a wonderful thing!! I love the composition and the sky is perfect. Carole
I agree about the black spot, it is distracting and I would have cloned some grass onto it. That apart, however, it is a stunning image, and looks perfect to me.
Nicely composed, & I rather like your border, which I don't often say.
For me, it just needed something, a person or a dog maybe. You have so many strong lead-in lines (the triangle of sea, the edge of the beach, & from the other side, the triangle of grass), but there's nothing for the eye to settle on when it gets there.
Borders look fine to me Albert.
Sets the image off nicely I feel.
It has a nice wispy cloud sky. The black spot could be fixed easily enough. A lovely image.............Sandy
The sky looks very slightly noisy (unless it's artefacts) and there's a slight halo efect around the grass in the centre where it's at its most distant.
The black spot doesn't seem to be very popular and I'd certainly lose that border.
Overall though, I rather like it.
Many thanks for all your comments which have been most useful. Thanks also for the mod, I did look at a mono version but felt that colour worked best.
quite like the difference between grass / clouds
I like this, and am prepared to break all my rules. I normally want a figure, but not here and I actually like the border, and that is unusual - keeps everything bounded I think. I would shift the black blob though.
