It's a very good shot, Walter! They cannot be called "baklava". They are called "Burma Kadayif". "Kadayif" is the general name used for the kind of desserts made with baked tin hairy pastry. They are usually flat on the dish. This kind is filled with pistachios or wrapped around them.
