I'm slowly going through the images that I've accrued over the last four weeks and this is a different version of the dandelion head I posted up a couple of weeks back. I took a series of photographs as the head shed its seeds in the light breeze and I thought this one looked good as a mono image.

I really like these dandelion heads, especially when some of the seeds are isolated, like here. Super in mono - I love it!

Excellent. Catching that piece of fluff coming off really adds to the picture. Very creative.

I agree with you: the B and W presentation is excellent, and the shot so well timed to capture one or two departing seeds. They'll probably land in my garden too!!!!Sad

Over the winter I've come to appreciate how hard it is to get images like this. The perfect subject for a mono.

Beautifully captured in the breeze, as the seeds fall you have shot this so well,
