A Greater spotted woodpecker on its way to feed its two young high up in a tree in the woods only a few hundred yards from my home.. this was indeed a very busy parent making visits every 5 or 6 minutes.

I like this, technically superb shot. My only issue is that I feel there's a bit too much RHS for this image, and a tighter crop would probably fit the image better. There's a lot of space on the right hand side that can be removed with no loss to the compositional quality of the image. Just my 2 cents - regardless I still think this is a superb pecker shot! Smile
