No time to process anything tonight so here's one I sorted recently. The bokeh is caused by some sparkly/glittery fabric I have, coupled with a shallow depth of field. A slave flash was used to light up the glittery background and the macro ring flash to light up the frog.
Techno stuff for the guys who were shooting this little sweetie today -

F5.6, ISO 100
Spot metering, manual focusing
