Nice one Jim, a friend of mine used to be a member of a donkey sanctuary in Ireland, he used to visit every year, think he adopted one,
Fred.
Ah your beautiful image has certainly brought back some memories Jim, but funny ones. Imagine this:
A bunch of kids gathered their pocket money together and went to hire some horses for the day, but all they have left was one horse and a donkey and all they got was a bridle for each. First they had to capture them, horse easy, donkey took a lot lot longer, they bridled them up and eventually off they went. Well not quite, the donkey didn't want to go, so they pushed and pulled and shoved and eventually got it to move. And that was how the rest of that wonderful bank holiday Monday was spent, pushing, pulling and shoving that donkey every 100 yards or so, for additional fun the horse suddenly decided it didn't like two up and unseated one right over its head - I was the lucky one I managed to hang on ![]()

Lovely image, very nicely composed and captured.

1/50 sec is slow for a shot like this Jim, you could have done better by using f/8 and upping the ISO, very easy for me to say after the event though ![]()
