Really nice. Hard to get any area sharp with f/1.8, but you have the important areas, the eyes right on. I love the wisp of hair blowing off to the right. It can be sharpened a little before you upload; check sharpness after you re size, as re sizing usually causes loss of detail, then sharpen, then upload.
I suggest a different crop with the same aspect ratio, - and to do that Ive added space to the left to mover her off centre. I did apply a little sharpening also. Canon can often tend to produce skin tones that are a little too red, and I find that reducing red. by increasing cyan using colour balance, and applying to her skin only, does help.
You will soon be winning awards for your shots, - just a little more work!
regards
Willie
