Morning all. Lillian and I decided to get up early to go out and get the beautiful light on the buildings. These 2 shots were taken from the Rialto Bridge at around 7.30am. Looking along the Grand Canal from both sides of the bridge. Did not have to struggle through the crowds which would amass there later in the day. Thanks for C&Cs on yesterday's upload.

. Lovely old buildings on the sweep of the canal side. Nicely done Moira.
Never seen the Grand Canal this quiet of traffic! But then, I can't drag myself out of bed this early!
