This is just stunning ..... the colours and the detail are superb, and the clarity too .... you have captured her eyes so beautifully! It is an image full of mystery and beauty. Well done! Now I am off to see the previous one you talk of!

I like the eye contact. I think the colour of the veil works well with the background, the image appears to me to have a 'mysterious' feel to it.
Cracking image, I think I prefer this one to the first.

Both are superb, but for me it's the first one because the eye contact is more a subtle, more of a fleeting glance. As I said though both are excellent imagesÖ

Great shot, makes you focus on the eyes. Reminds me of a National Geographic cover from some years ago. For me, this is better than the previous shot.

Thanks Guys.
Rog, One Large softbox to the right and a hair-light above left, and reflector( a white wall) to the left.
The shawl ( an off-cut of curtains) was held together with staples...
I was using the camera tethered so could make adjustments as I went.
