Eye contact is very good as is the lighting. The right eye sems to disappear a little though into the darkness.

Well I think you're underestimating yourself because I agree ... this is stunning ... having got here from the image after this ... and I can say I love both shots equally .... in this one ... to me anyways .... you seem to have captured a "wicked" look in her eyes .... perhaps the angle of her head has something to do with that.
