Another from my recent trip to the Isle of Skye
Nice! Great pov
Love the cloudscape mimicking the mountains Pete. Excellent.
another stunner to add to your portfolio of great work!
A great photo well done.
Thats great work Pete. Did you combine more than one shot. Love the atmospheric bg incombination with the long exposure. Paul
No Paul I'll upload the original in a minute or so
Great comp. Lovely tones and detail brought out.
What an excellent composition and capture Pete - V1 all the way for me today, well edited!
This has an almost magical feel to it - I especially like the contrastier, brighter v1 with the wonderful textures and movement in the water. The way you've composed this with the eye led from the foreground stones and around the line of the rocks, through to the distant hills gives it real depth.

Excellent. All the better for achieving this with one exposure. Really well handled.
Wonderful sea and Syke Version one for me, love the light on the rocks in the foreground.
The mix of rock detail showing through clear water and hazy drifting spray is magical, and much stronger in V1, Puzzled as to why you rotated a degree though, V2 looks straighter to my eye!
Ditto Ron re the cloud. Just what I thought.
I must get me an ND grad - great composition Pete and good to see the rocks positioned under the water
Good work Pete - the processing works well
The eye is led very well from fore to mid and then the wonderful mountains and sky at the top. Great shot
Nicely processed Pete,it has brought out the colours on the rocks very well here.
Really like the fg on this one.
excellent shot and processing
lovely image, shows the rugged nature of the location very well.
Love the milky water and great clouds too!
I can feel the texture in those stones!
Lovely mood in this long exposure of a well kent place on the west coast. I wish I could wake up on Skye every morning.
Thanks all votes and comments appreciated

I did for one week and really enjoyed looking out over the Cuillins, although it was never dramatic enough as it was a fine week. Good from a holiday point of view, but a bit of a let down weather-wise photographically. Only had one day where I had to polish the filters on a regular basis!
Fantastic work Pete, such a great talent you have.
Wonderful shot of an amazing place -great comp, nice miky water and a real sense of depth and persepective to the Cuillins
Never been to Skye - looks positively alien! Superb.
V1. I would love to have some of these kind of shots, nice processing and clarity.
Cheers for the EW, I was in Chrisikas restaurant in Liverpool having a Greek...just had to do my victory song and wiggle ^^
