From a tight in perspective it has good impact, the girl is very photogenic and the smile and lighting is good.
Only one problem though that lets it down, the focus looks to be on the front of the nose, smack bang in the shot. In a portrait like this you need to focus on the eyes and get them sharp and then recompose the photo. (Ive been told this 100 times with friends)

as i was there for the wedding i was well oiled by this stage and elizabeth was not that willing for me to take her picture. i agree that she is photogenic but she would disagree with us both.
your right about the eyes being the focus but i had no time to compose the shot how i would have liked
