The next generation of Fashion Model. This is another nice shot and I know its a street scene, but the guy in the rugby shirt is so dominent in the image it distracts my eye. Perhaps a little more blur might remove him from standing out so much. These are some of my wifes favorite images on here. It made her get out all the black and white shots of the kids when they were younger.

A model in the making! Great pose (with the shoes), and attitude!
I think the feedback from all above is fair. And my suggestions are:
Blur the man with THAT shirt
Convert to mono
Colour pop your model
And maybe a slight crop on the right to get rid of the lady (my eye draws to her off the model's left arm. Not sure how the crop will influence the overall composition and you may find that the mono conversion and colour pop will make her less of an issue.
Anyway, these are my thoughts - not that I am an expert!
