I think this is a good, natural image. I have seen many posing deer uploaded here on epz, but after having been around here for a while I strongly suspect most of those are not taken in the wild as you have.
I have been trying to take a decent deer shot for years and find it very difficult, they are completely unpredictable, the come back to spots once in a fortnight and are extremely shy.
So I think 2 voters out of 20 views is very unfair.

may I suggest that you crop ten percent on the left, a bit of the mushy bottom and the dark tree on the right Smile
