Great action shot. Maybe it would have more impact without the spectators.

I can understand why you left the spactators in the shot but you could get a second very good image by cropping them out. Andy

This is a good example of how focussing works
with one horse slightly behind.
I actually liked seeing the faces of the crowd
but for a perfect action shot, I suppose just the horses and riders
would be best.
Just do a before and after and keep everybody happy!!!
