Good evening folks,
I have to admit that I witnessed some amazing sunsets and sunrises in my time in Cambodia, but unfortunately it was always windless so I didn't get any dramatic water waves but in this particular image I was happy to have windless because it kept that old fishing boat nice steady 
I captured it in Koh Kong, Cambodia near Thailand board.
