Another from my early morning walk. Thank you for looking and for your time and for your lovely comments on my previous early morning images. The white background today has been specially chosen for Dougie (scottishlandscapes) and Brian (bricurtis). ![]()
Hope you all have a great weekend.

A jewelled tightrope for natures aerial artist.
The crisp image jumps out against the white bg. ![]()
Dougie
A beautifully observed piece, one of which such mere mortals as myself would walk past, however with you're clearly well trained eye you have captured something so very beautiful. The stark contrast between the harsh and somewhat threatening barbed wire against the delicate dew sodden cob webs is simply inspirational.

Oh what a tangled web we weave,
When first we practise to deceive!
Scott's quote has probably been used many times but 'tangled web' seems most appropriate here, Ann. Lovely droplets and the wire strand separates the different background perfectly.
Dave
It is reminiscent of a delicate piece of jewellery.
Beautifully observed once again.
I'm sure the spider found the rose hips more comfortable ![]()

I think they are probably right aboutthat white background ... it really does stand out
A marvellously detailed shot from this series, Ann. Bloomin' gorgeous. Would like this enlarged and hanging on a wall.
Malc
Lovely composition and placement in the shot, fine detail in the glimmering web..... Great job.
Paul.
Natures beauty perfectly captured in this fine macro, a real joy to view
