I like the time piece flavour of this image and it works well in B&W, however I see a sort of misty flat exposure across the walls and the far workbench which I cannot identify, it might be that is what you intended but that is the week spot in this image for me.
Great shot, excellent mono conversion with no hint of converging verticals or other distortion associated with wide angle shots. I might be tempted to increase the contrast slightly and make the blacks darker. Just a personal preference. Regards
