...looked like the little pony went over to tell his Dad about me.
The story continues tomorrow...
***I wasn't sure where to file these images, the horse is of course a domesticated animal, but these Ponies are allowed to roam free over large areas of the hills of South Uist only contained by the cattle grids at road ends which keep them safe from roaming the highways of the islands.

Such charming animals, these two so nicely captured in this shot, the foal in sharp detail, Dad listening on at the side and slightly 'softer'.......a lovely composition, Dougie.
Were it mine I'd file it in my Uist - 2012 Event but drag it into possibly a variety of albums, always adding a notation as to which Event the original file is stored........anyway, that's the way I work but it might not suit all.

Great image and the extra of something new in the world. Certainly new to me and very unique looking too. TG
not sure if Benbecula is South but spent some time there with my son in law, then in the army posted to a rocket site, sorry had to mention as it brought back fond memories for me - love the picture Dougie

Good to hear this, because there are frightingly many highways on South Uist!
