Last post was 'A lousy train shot'
hence the title for this ......

It stopped raining just once in a while, I think! Cold, wet and miserable but never mind - it was still worth hanging around even if the shots didn't come out rightSmile
This is 'the sandwich' (from a few posts ago, an engine inbetween two auto-coaches), at Washford station heading to Minehead.
I just missed the two smoke rings on this one, and try as I might I still can't decide which bit of the buildings to use to get a straight picture, everything is leaning this way and that!!
Quite like the whole mess of it all though in some way, it's growing on me so salvaged it from the bin Smile

I've had the same problem with the weather and steam lately. Shame about the rings, but you can just catch them at the top of the smoke cloud.

Nice shots, I like both, good colours, it was'nt the best of weather conditions at the weekend but you managed to get 2 good images here,

Great steam shots. A friend of mine has a set of Marklen model trains that look just like these passenger cars.

Image 1 shows a bit of station life, nice to see.
Image 2 is the for me though.
I stood down by the post when I did my sequence of shots of Black5 arriveing at Washford.
