I think you should have uploaded this picture in the critique gallery. I see the skin correction you have done. I can not rate it. From a cultural point of view the quest for glam perfection is worrying, I know many industries work for it, like marketing, cosmetics, retail, distribution, photography to mention a few, but don't forget that some people end up in psychologist couches for treatment in the best scenario or have ended their lives after being distressed. If you have shot that picture I would say bravo, it looks great. What you mave have seen as skin imperfection is a healthy sign of youth.
