I shall agree with Kate.
You have taken a very nice picture of a very nice model. To be frank with you, I tried to see it in other formats and orientations, my first thought was a square one,thet exclused the bottom part of torso, I don't find it necessary as the eyes are the most important feature of the picture to my opinion. My second attempt to see it differently was on a horizontal orientation 4:3 extremely tigh cropping in the eyes and the direction to te light. No offence meant to your work, or the model.
