A little bit less dramatic than my last image but a darn sight more difficult to get to! This one is the 67ft high Falling Foss on Little Beck on the North York Moors and involved a rather tricky, slippy descent down (maybe why they had put a fence across it Tongue). Apart from a bit of sharpening this is how it came out of the camera. I was tempted to go for a longer exposure but the leaves on the surface were moving a bit too much.

Many thanks for the VCs on the last and more than happy to hear your thoughts on this one,

Cheers,

Dave

Lovely image, definately worth the venture down. Looking to get there myself this week, hopefully the heatwave will dry out the mud a bit so I can get down easilyWink

Lovely shot. It's a waterfall I have wanted to photograph since I saw it a couple of years ago but was put off by the descent down to it ! ! Sad

I understand if you walk further down stream you can get to the water slightly easier then walk back up stream

nice one Dave ,can be a tricky place to get to and taking shots as the spray plays havoc with lenses etcWink

Think you have timed everything very nicely here, with the exposure on the water right through to the lighting creating those lovely greens to frame the image. Terrific..JoSmile
