I fully expect this to bomb as mono shots don't seem to go down that well at times but here goes.........

This is my very first attempt at a composite shot and probably still a bit rough
round the edges but a girl has to start somewhere. If any of you guys can give me any tips on how to do better please feel free........

This is the lighthouse on Capri taken from the sea - hence the angle.
I've included all the shots that make up the final image (all done in Elements 4 and 7 ) and how I got to that stage of production........

Very good workI like the idea of showing the different stages in the processing. My one minor comment is that it could be even more dramatic. The cliff face in particular is a little bright. Try selecting a large soft brush, set opacity to about 5%, select shadows and run over the whole image a couple of times. This can make the image more contrasty and moody. Andy
