Many thanks to Ian and Robbie, and the unknown gentleman, who assisted me with perfecting my panning technique. I was getting some nice results, but upon closer chimping, erm....inspection, they were lacking something. I quickly realised there was no motion or feeling of movement in the images. Ian and Robbie offered up some advice, and the unknown gentleman fine tuned it. Many thanks to you all.
This was shot at 1/60th sec, on shutter priority, as a RAW file. Processed in Phase 1 and Photoshop.
I have rotated the image about 10 degrees clockwise, adjusted the levels, sharpened, cropped, and resized.
Any and all comments are welcome.
Suzie - I;ll get some more Scotland images uploaded soon.
I took 600 pics today, lol, so plenty to go through.

Nice panning shot, I think you've really nailed now. The slight angle also adds to the image.
Good capture.
Looks great the speed is well emphasised in this shot superb capture.
Ian.
Well, at least someone managed to keep this beast in shot! It went like a rocket and I couldn't keep up with the acceleration so most of my shots are of the back half of it! I'd love one, but my license wouldn't....
Fine effort Anthony! Perfectly sharp and I like the angle.
Thanks for being "host" and showing me the Gormley's too! Cheers, Goggz
