This is an excellent exposure with superb detail.

The bottom is a little tight in the frame. i.e it can benefit with a little more space at the bottom, but theres not a lot to critique, well done.

Regards

Willie

Nice detail and sparkle in the wet head, Alan. Good exposure on the white feathers to retain detail. The water movement adds interest to the shot. I agree with Willie about more space. The beak, though under water, is quite visible and, since the bottom right corner is where the swan is facing and feeding, it could do with space to look/move into, which applies to animals, humans, insects and even flowers alike.

Once again thanks all for your comments, unfortunately the picture is as was taken and I cannot change the crop. Just another thing for me to remember and consider when taking pics!

Many Thanks,

Alan
