Excellent capture, V1 is my favorite but i like the idea of V2.

I like both versions here, V2 is less distracting with the background removed, but it looks strange because the foliage has given the birds a green tint to them. For V2 try modifying the white balance on the layer with the birds on it to try to remove the green tint.

2 very good shots I like V2 for the blue b/g but agree about the green tint already mentioned
