Hello everyoneGrin
A change today, and the next few uploads I think, with a series of Harvest images. Over the past few weeks I have taken various fields in different stages of harvesting this crop (Sorry if I am a bit dizzy but I think it is Wheat, or is it Barley? they seem so similarTongue) there has been at lot of this about on epz so I hope you are not bored with this sort of image by now.........
I really couldn't decide which one to upload of a field at this stage, I hope I have made the right choice. This was on the cliff top in the Flamborough area looking toward Danes Dyke and Sewerby.

A big thankyou for comments on yesterdays image..... Glad you liked itGrinGrin

Not too far from me ..
A lovely capture of the fields, and scenic coastline.
Careful driving of the harvester required perhaps !?
Well done.

Looks like this farmer has a pretty good crop to harvest and what a delightful spot on the cliffs by the sea: lovely shot, Diane.

"Certainly a task that I would not relish?". As for the image a beautifully balanced composition with detail and clarity in abundance. The warming light on the golden wheat is something quite beautiful.

Very distinctive cliffs on that part of the eastern coastline, and nicely captured here, Diane, with that lovely wheat/barley (I don't know the difference either!) in the foreground Wink
