Hi Gavin,
This is a good shot with some good foreground interest, well captured.
Gavin I have made a few adjustments using "Elements/PS", First I've added a bit to the sky just to balance the image more on a third, then if you use elements go into the blend modes at the top of your layer pallet and select "Overlay" this alters the colours and contrast but it does it in a subtle way. This has made the sky and foreground stronger and you can reduce the opacity until it works for you. Then in "Curves" click on the box at the top with "Default" , and select "Darker (RGB)" this gives it a final boost to strengthen, I then erased it from the foreground rocks. See what you think.
Take care
Martin
