Taken at Barcelona's Bullring. Not my cup of tea but has good photographic opportunities. Original on Kodachrome film and scanned in as a digital image.

I find this image to be absolutlty disgusting. If is's not your cup of tea, why expose the rest of us to this?

pity it wasnt the "finale"....sadly it continues.....and is on the increase in sw France where I live....but secretsnapper has a point and alas so does benhur....my favourite bullfighting image was the one that did the rounds 4 or 5 years ago where the bulls horn was firmly planted in the matadors anus....stuart

Sick

SecretSnappers absolutely right.
This kind of thing shouldn't be on here.
In fact, IMO, it shouldn't be on display anywhere.

DEVILS ADVOCATE TIME....WE HAVE PHOTOGRAPHERS FROM SPAIN ON THIS SITE IM SURE.....SO WHERE WILL THE CENSORSHIP START AND FINISH ????....PERSONALLY I AGREE ITS AN ABSOLUTE ABOMINATION TO DO IT EVEN IN PRIVATE BUT AS A PHOTOGRAPHER I DEFEND THE RIGHT TO SHOOT IT....THE UK WITCH HUNT ABOUT TAKING PICS IN A PUBLIC PLACES SHOULD CLARIFY THAT...

No-one is saying that the photographer doesn't have the right to shoot it.
What people are saying is that they don't want to see it on here, a situation where, if you're browsing the gallery, you will come across it whether you want to or not.
Also, it has nothing to do with taking photographs in a public place.

Perhaps I should put it another way....a wedge is a wedge no matter how thin the end may look .....before you know it censorship is on us all......and as a final aside how would you get on the censorship panel that decides what is shown or what isnt ?....an awful lot of wanabee page 3 photographers would have their work curtailed if "suitability" is put to the vote....a subject I personally dont care about either way....but would not stand scrutiny by many female members.....long may the diversity continue....stuart

No-one except yourself has said anything about censorship.
The fact I, and others it seems, don't enjoy finding it here, is based purely on my, or our, personal opinions.
This has nothing to do with "page 3" or, in fact, censorship of any kind.

If you dont like it then dont look at it. Mac has a right to put this on the site as anyone else. Its life and it goes on wether you like it or not.

Mac -- ignore the negative comments. Take a look at a lot of photos on this site of bloody Dogs and Cats to see what you are dealing with here!

I love Bullfights and go every time I am in Spain, its part of the culture, I've had similar comments on my Coreda images.
