Had another trip to my Barny spot on Saturday hoping for some more images in better light...
The same Owl was out that I had photographed the other day in really harsh light. This time I had a go a photographing it in low light... Lol..

The Owl didn't perform for me like it did on Wednesday and just after I grabbed this image it popped back into it's barn... :-(

I was still quite pleased with this image and was lucky to come away with something at 1/80th shutter speed....

I've deleted my last Barn Owl image as it needs better processing, my heads in a spin at the mo after using the new capture 4 software. Using LE and then version 4, I've had completely different results...

Anyway, I apologise to those who commented and voted on my image..

Thanks for looking.

Perfect placement, detail and lighting. I like the fact that the background is uncluttered.

Great job at any speed. 1/80th is fine if you get one not moving much I think. And the background is awesome.
