One of my favourite hiking destinations
When I was a school teacher I took groups of children on a four day hike through it every July Holiday.

Just like the Grand Canyon give or take a few million years ![]()
Fantastic shot. Was the time on your camera right? It doesn't look like a mid - late morning shot to me. Even for mid-winter I would have thought the sun would be higher overhead.
Of course that is the only sane time of the year to visit Fish River.
*thumbs up*
WOW what a fabulous place, great composition, in my younger days I would have loved to have trekked there ![]()

A wonderful view, Herman. On my holiday wish list, then up to Namibia and across the Okavango to Victoria Falls..... well, we can dream ![]()

That is a pretty good shot for someone who doesn't use Photoshop. Good colours and a great view.
I'm afraid I can't vote as I do not agree with the voting system on EPZ, but please don't take that as a rejection. I do like your shot
