Image one has been very well observed, composed, exposed and captured with both detail and interest in depth. Whilst image two well it never fails to amaze me of what people chuck in our waterways... Both images are very well worked and are ideally suited to monochrome.

Lots of photographic interest at low tide on the Thames. V1 works really well in B/W and V2 a little gem of a find.

I like the "looking through" and the framing of the background scene by the columns, but also the passing boat.
