Arrived back yesterday ( very late !) from an amazing 8 days in Provence. We were in the Camargue for the first 4 days. This spectacle of Greater Flamingo flock on the ground and in the air was amazong enough, coupled with a fog truly special !!! So many images I have which I will proccess duly and play catch up with you all !!

I too am looking forward to seeing your images from France, Rob, and this is a most atmospheric capture and presentation of this flamingo herd/ flock/gang.
Love the way the horizon fades away in to the mist and the letter box format seems so appropriate for this shot.
