Thank you for viewing large
Thought I might give this pano-thingie a try, without this being a real pano, just a cropped photo. Personally I think I cropped it a bit too tight on top, but that can be fixed. Still, liked the scene on display before me, and feel like uploading something, so there you go.
Thanks for viewing large; not much use looking at this small.

Pano-thingie... That's the sort of technical language that I start to understand. Crop works fine for me, it's a great (flattened) slice of life.

if you hadn't cropped it top and bottom it would not classify as a pano, now would it? ![]()
Good slice of life.
Great shot showing life flowing under the bridge. JNC

going to sleep now... feeling quite ill ![]()
if you look at this in the large view, this works. Any part of it has a "normal" perspective, and also it is a panorama pic.
If anything, you could take the crop on top a little further!!

I don't think you cropped too much off the top. The eye really sweeps across this one (in my case, being a westerner, from left to right) giving me the feel of a scene with real movement in it, almost like a movie pan. This is also helped by the fact that each mini scene (or group of people) have no contact with the others. If you'd left more on the top you might not have achieved that effect.

really like this wide format Koen and it works a treat on this shot, great detail and so much to take in.
Right I'm off to buy shares in those plastic stools as there are at least 8 in this shot alone!
