This little dish of water is in the window, just above our kitchen sink. Last night when I was washing dishes, I noticed how the reflection of the window screen was distorted by anything in the water, and I particularly liked the 'flower' shapes caused by specks of dirt. Even though it was shot at f32, DOF is not as great as I would have liked.

Wonderful observation, you could spend hours trying to create this effect in PS, so much more satisfying to find it occurring naturally! A lot of scope in this - I think I might prefer without the leaf, which adds contrast but also seems a bit of a distraction.
